electrical power plan that will guarantee adequate

Northwest and to develop a program to protect and
rebuild the fish and wildlife populations in the
Columbia River Basin that have been affected by
hydroelectric development. In this capacity, I have
worked to ensure that unfair impacts are not placed
upon Montana citizens, industry or resources as a
result of actions taken by the Council.
